Sioux City Future Stars

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment to play tackle football through Sioux City Future Stars this fall.

Tackle Football Registration for 3rd through 6th Graders

Registration Fee: $150 

Registration fee includes rental costs of helmet, padded pants, shoulder pads, practice jersey and game jersey.

Players are required to supply cleats and mouthguard.

Tackle Football will have 5 weekly games, played on Saturdays, that start after Labor Day and run through the middle of October, including an end of year tournament.

o Location: North Middle School Practice Field
o This year we will be introducing our evaluation day. All tackle football players in grades 3rd to 6th
will be required to attend this event. During this event, each registered player will have their
weight measured, and run a series of drills to test their football skills.
o This evaluation will serve as a guide for our board when assembling teams, and it will also serves 
a measurement for our program to ensure we are teaching the proper skills throughout the
season.
